I probably draw more inspiration for my homebrew world from Star Wars and Magic: The Gathering than I do from Tolkien or other traditional sources.Jon Bupphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09626833027364924257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2246037824413568064.post-20087030522858202962020-05-31T22:43:18.487-07:002020-05-31T22:43:18.487-07:00Great post I have lots of sympathy with and you cl...Great post I have lots of sympathy with and you clearly explain terms and problems. I ran a historic Babylon game and vikings and 1490 darklands germany game with BRP/RQ3/Cthulhu. Still find Rome intimidating evem though Ive done classics at uni and read over a hundred roman writing collections.

I found some players liked gaming more for tourism and wonder than killing since my earliest days and they work well. Some players who like history and appreciate effort of these games. So its a dm type + player type. Lots of articles about how term anglo saxon is a mess we should consider dropping some uses for as its pretty vague for english speaking white ppl when anglosaxons were on continant in saxony and denmark and people adopted the culture rather than it being genetic. Or is it just a refernce to english speakers which could include people from singapore or inda? It is worth having these discusions anyway so you can own your choicesKonsumterrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18170560484656800416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2246037824413568064.post-80297807426479509472020-05-31T06:30:15.539-07:002020-05-31T06:30:15.539-07:00I thought this post was really well done so I adde...I thought this post was really well done so I added a link to it in my BEST READS OF THE WEEK!
